Who Raised Capital
🇨🇦 Andorix, a Toronto-based startup providing smart building technology and neutral host networks, has raised 10 million in a strategic equity investment led by existing and strategic investors.
Entrata filed for an initial public offering, revealing a 23% revenue surge in the first three months of 2026.
CoStar signed an agreement to acquire Zonda for $800 million, which adds new-home data, marketplaces and workflow software; it is expected to close in H2.
InstaVolt, a UK-based startup operating a rapid electric vehicle charging network, raised $315.0 million in debt.
FifthDimension, a startup providing underwriting and CRE data unification, raised $26 million in a Series A led by HV and Prudence.
NavigateAI, led by the Opendoor Co-Founder Eric Wu, was launched with $25 million in funding to build a jobsite AI coach for construction workers.
LightTable, an AI-native intelligence platform for pre-construction, raised a $22 million Series A led by Innovation Endeavors, with participation from Blackhorn Ventures, DivcoWest Ventures, and MetaProp.
CasaPerks, an Austin-based provider of an AI-powered intelligent rewards platform for renting, raised $16 million in Seed funding led by Longevity Equity.
GovWell, a startup providing an operating system for gov building permits, raised $25 million in a Series A led by Insight.
Ciridae, a startup providing a construction workflow stack, raised $20 million in a Seed round led by Accel.
ProcurePro, an Australia-based startup providing a construction procurement stack, raised $11 million in a round led by QIC. The investment will fuel market expansion.
Hint, a new AI-powered homeownership company co-founded by Martha Stewart, home services veteran Yih-Han Ma, and AI leader Kyle Rush, was launched with a $10 million Seed round led by Slow Ventures.
Rely, a startup providing a transaction diligence software stack for multifamily real estate, has raised $4.5 million in a Seed led by 2048.

Event Recap
Last month we closed off our LaunchPad program with a Proptech founders AMA session at Float Financial’s office. Thank you for another successful cohort and we will see you next year!
We also hosted a Proptech after party with REACH Canada, Brokerbot, and Local Logic during the first day of Realtor Quest to decompress after a day long of sessions and exhibition.
In Vancouver, we hosted a founder-to-founder fireside to explore where our construction industry is heading with the rise of AI. The question isn't whether AI and robotics will change construction work. It's whether the industry is having the right conversations about that transition early enough.
Last but not least — we hosted a panel during Toronto Tech Week with the leaders driving AI transformation at Shopify, Wealthsimple, and myAbode, sharing how AI is shifting their internal culture and workflows. Sold out with a waitlist — the conversation clearly hit a nerve.
Conference Recap
The Proptech Collective team headed to Las Vegas for ICSC to check out their first-ever dedicated proptech section. Located front and centre at the main exhibition hall entrance, the section featured ~20 booths, a dedicated stage, and a 1:1 meeting matching app that lets you schedule qualified meetings before you even land in Vegas.
The people here — leasing agents, retail developers, brand executives — are on the floor to close deals, not to browse. The exhibitors on floor and our Canadian delegation reported that the foot traffic was great and the meetings were productive.
If your product sells to commercial real estate, it may make sense for you to attend ICSC next year!
