The Proptech in Canada Report is here!

We're excited to announce the official release of our fourth edition of the Proptech in Canada report. It includes market maps from our database of more than 530 active proptech companies, funding statistics, insights on M&A activity, and a look at the emerging trends for the year ahead.

Although 2024 presented challenges for fundraising and growth in the tech and real estate sectors, we believe that companies will emerge stronger and have seen promising signals from across the industry. As we start 2025, there’s plenty of reason to be optimistic, and founders across the Canadian ecosystem have shown resilience and adaptability through this period. While AI has the potential to become a transformative force, other technology and innovation also continues to reshape the construction, residential, and commercial real estate sectors.
