Turn Visitors Into Leads:
3 Tips You Can Use Right Now

Most website visitors leave without ever becoming a lead.

Serviceform recently hosted a webinar with Real Estate Magazine on how real estate agents and teams can boost lead generation without increasing ad spend. Here are the three tips:

Tip 1: Respond instantly to inquiries - Use real-time engagement tools or AI assistants to capture interest and qualify visitors immediately.

Tip 2: Automate lead routing and follow-up - Ensure that every inquiry reaches the right agent quickly, and follow up automatically to convert visitors into booked meetings.

Tip 3: Make your website a 24/7 front desk - Provide constant, on-brand support that can answer questions, book showings, or capture intent outside office hours.

Watch the full recording or read their article in REM for the remaining tips.

Serviceform helps real estate businesses like RE/MAX turn website visitors into qualified leads with their automation and lead-generation tools. They are looking for new clients and partners in the Canadian market, let them know if you’d like a demo or are interested in exploring a partnership.
