Turn Visitors Into Leads:
3 Tips You Can Use Right Now
Most website visitors leave without ever becoming a lead.
Serviceform recently hosted a webinar with Real Estate Magazine on how real estate agents and teams can boost lead generation without increasing ad spend. Here are the three tips:

Tip 1: Respond instantly to inquiries - Use real-time engagement tools or AI assistants to capture interest and qualify visitors immediately.
Tip 2: Automate lead routing and follow-up - Ensure that every inquiry reaches the right agent quickly, and follow up automatically to convert visitors into booked meetings.
Tip 3: Make your website a 24/7 front desk - Provide constant, on-brand support that can answer questions, book showings, or capture intent outside office hours.
Watch the full recording or read their article in REM for the remaining tips.
