Good morning!
May was an exciting month for us — we launched the Proptech 30, kicked off our Proptech LaunchPad program, partnered with REACH and CHI on a summit and social in Toronto, and hosted a happy hour during Web Summit in Vancouver with Frontier Collective.
June is just as exciting! Toronto Tech Week is almost here and there will be a dedicated proptech stage and networking event (free tickets for members and half-price for friends). In Montreal, we’re hosting our very first panel on June 11.
Heads up: subsidy applications are closing soon for Blueprint, OPTech, and Proptech Connect, and spots are filling fast for the Growth Summit on July 16th—don’t wait to apply! Our friends at Alister Creative Agency are also running a program to give one business a full brand and website package (valued at $15K) completely free, application closes this week.

Selected companies will receive up to 50% of eligible costs for one attendee per company, including airfare, per diem (hotel and meals), conference ticket, and ground transportation to and from the airports. Estimated savings of CA$2,000.

We had such a blast co-hosting our Proptech Social with DMZ’s CHI and REACH Canada on May 13. We packed the brewery wall-to-wall with founders, real estate leaders, and investors.

And on May 27, we welcomed our Proptech LaunchPad cohort with an intimate dinner to kick things off. We were lucky to have Fiona Lake Waslander (co-founder of Skylight, acquired by Opendoor) join us to share stories from her founder journey — the wins, the pivots, and the lessons learned — and reminded us why we love building in this space.
