  • 🚨🚨 Construction innovators: The Canadian Industrialized Construction Coalition (CICC), created by Assembly Corp. is working on policy recommendations to provide feedback to the Federal Government and help shape their $25 billion in financing to innovative prefabricated home builders in Canada. 💰 Who Raised Capital

 
  • Carbon Upcycling: the Calgary-based company has raised a $24.5 million round, led by Chicago-based Builders Vision as it continues to develop its carbon capture technology.

  • Juniper Square: a San Francisco-based provider of connected fund software and services for private markets, has closed a Series D round, raising $130 million at a $1.1 billion valuation.

  • Canary: a hotel guest management platform, has raised an $80 million Series D round led by Brighton Park Capital, YC, and Insight Partners to help hotels digitize and automate guest interactions.

  • Runwise: the New York-based smart operating system for buildings, has raised $55 million in Series B funding led by Menlo Ventures.

  • Waltz: the Miami-based platform that streamlines U.S. residential real estate financing for foreign national investors, has raised $50 million in equity and debt funding led by Setpoint Capital.

  • Yieldstreet: the New York-based private markets investment platform, has raised $45 million as part of a planned $60 million Series D round led by Tarsadia Investments, Mayfair Equity Partners, and Edison Partners.

  • Klutch: Seattle-based startup has raised $8 million in seed funding led by Bling Capital and Bain Capital Ventures. The startup builds AI agents that automate workflows for construction teams, handling tasks like zoning reviews, site data capture, vendor scoring, and warranty management.

  • Bild: the US-based startup has raised $3 million led by Khosla Ventures to harness AI to analyze construction blueprints and deliver affordable housing quicker.
