Who Raised Capital
🇨🇦 Billdr, the Montreal-based startup offering software for small and medium-sized general contractors focused on renovations has raised $3.2 million.
BedrockRobotics, a startup that develops autonomous construction robotics, has raised $270 million in a Series B led by CapitalG.
Property Finder, a Dubai-based portal and short-term rental marketplace for real estate transactions, has raised $170 million led by Mubadala Investment Company.
Kindred, a startup that operates a global home swapping platform, has raised $125 million for global expansion.
Lunar, a startup that develops residential and multi-family backup battery systems, has raised $102 million in a Series D led by Prelude.
Propy, a startup AI agents that automate escrow tasks and property transaction management, has raised $100 million. The credit facility will be used to scale its AI-driven approach to property transactions.
Orbital, a UK real estate legal AI company providing specialized legal technology solutions, has raised $60 million in a Series B led by Brighton Park.
Gyde, a startup AI-native brokerage platform providing technology solutions for real estate brokers, has raised $60 million led by Lightspeed to support the expansion of its AI-native brokerage platform.
OneDome, a financial and property technology business which integrates elements of the homebuying process, has raised $25 million led by Channel 4.
Visitt, a startup commercial real estate operations platform for managing property performance and workflows, has raised $22 million in a Series B led by Susquehanna.
Cambio, a startup real estate investor decision engine for data-driven property investment analysis, has raised $18 million in a Series A led by Maverick.
Breezy, a startup that provides an OS for residential real estate agents, has raised $10 million in a Pre-Seed led by Ribbit.
Cadastral, a startup that provides an AI agent for commercial real estate, has raised $9.5 million.
Dono.AI Inc, a startup that provides a property records platform, has raised $6.5 million in a Seed led by Link.
SmartBricks, a startup that provides investment and underwriting services, has raised $5 million in a Pre-Seed led by a16z.
