💰 Who Raised Capital

  • 🇨🇦 myAbode x FirstList, the Toronto-based proptech that processes and streamlines brokerage operations through its AI-driven platform, has acquired FirstList, a CREA-compliant platform for private listings and agent collaboration. The acquisition strengthens myAbode’s position in Canada and brings FirstList’s co-founders onto its executive team.

  • 🇨🇦 Rentsync x Spacelist, the Toronto-based software and data company for Canada’s rental housing industry, has acquired Spacelist, a leading commercial real estate listing marketplace. The move expands Rentsync’s platform to support both residential and commercial property listings, workflows, and marketing.

  • EquipmentShare, a US provider of fleet management, tracking, and maintenance tools for contractors, has filed for an IPO, reporting increased nine-month revenue as it prepares to go public.

  • Duve, a hotel tech startup offering an AI-powered guest management platform, has raised $60 million in a Series B led by Susquehanna Growth Equity.

  • PermitFlow, an AI platform that automates construction permitting and compliance workflows, has raised $54 million in Series B funding led by Accel.

  • Esusu raised $50 million in new funding at a $1.2 billion valuation, scaling its platform that helps renters build credit by reporting on-time rent payments in partnership with major property owners.

  • Hometap, a Boston-based fintech company offering home equity financing solutions, has raised $50 million in a round led by Gallatin Point Capital. The funding will support growth and adoption of its homeowner-first products.

  • Bobyard, a San Francisco-based construction AI platform, has raised $35 million in Series A funding led by 8VC, to automate up to 70% of quantity and material takeoffs.

  • Quilt, a Redwood City, California-based startup making customizable heat pumps, has raised $20 million in a Series B round led by Energy Impact Partners and Galvanize.
