  • 🇨🇦 RBC x Pinch: RBC has acquired Pinch Financial, whose platform verifies borrower information online to streamline mortgage qualification and help accelerate RBC’s digital mortgage experience for Canadians.

  • 🇨🇦 Cloudpermit, a community development platform for local governments, has acquired CityReporter's cloud-based maintenance management and inspections software.

  • Sunday, a startup developing home management robots, has raised $165 million in a Series B led by Coatue.

  • SPAN, a startup developing residential smart panels and power control tech, has raised $75 million led by Eaton.

  • Gropyus, an Austria-based startup building a pre-fab factory using robotic factories to create timber components, has raised $115 million in a Growth Round led by Vonovia.

  • Rent2Cash, an Italian startup providing a rental advance platform, has raised $108 million.

  • Dwelly, a UK-based, “AI roll-up” buying property management agencies, has raised $93 million from General Catalyst.

  • Sensera Systems has raised a $27 million Series B led by 10Atlantic. The funds will accelerate growth and innovation in jobsite intelligence.

  • RenoFi, an AI-enabled renovation financing platform, has raised $22 million in a Series B led by Fifth Wall.

  • Rentberry, who is building an AI-driven rental ecosystem, has raised 20 million.

  • Rebar, building an AI operating system for commercial HVAC suppliers, has raised $14 million in a Series A.

  • CityDetect, a startup providing government building health analysis, has raised $13 million in a Series A led by Prudence.

  • MeltPlan, an Indian startup focused on the pre-construction planning stack, has raised a $10 million in a Seed led by Bessemer.

  • Grotto AI, a startup tackling property value lost due to vacancy, has raised $10 million.

  • Cadastral, building an AI agent for the commercial real estate industry, has raised $9.5 million in a Seed.

  • Neural Earth, a Miami-based startup building an AI-powered geospatial intelligence platform, has raised $9 million.

  • Spintly, a CRE visitor management stack, has raised an $8 million Series A led by Accel.
