PROPTECH CONFERENCE & PROGRAMS
Program for founders

Growth Summit is coming back for the third year, and we are making it better than ever.
Designed for Seed to Series B proptech founders, this is a chance to think bigger, engage with experts, and be around peers who are building in proptech alongside you. Starts with afternoon workshops, ends at a patio to chill and sip.
Companies who attended last year include:

Hire your next employee — and get up to $30k back
The federal Digital Skills for Youth program lets you hire a post-secondary graduate under 30 at no cost to your company — up to $30,000 in wage subsidies per hire, for a placement of up to one year. You're eligible as long as your company has fewer than 500 employees and can offer a digital skills-focused role.
Proptech Collective is applying to deliver this program for our community — and the strength of our application depends on how many companies are on our list.
If you're interested, fill in this form before May 15 so we can include you. Companies on our list get first access to matched candidates when the program launches. Takes you 1 minute and doesn't commit you to anything.
Attend a conference and get up to half your costs covered
We're covering up to 50% of your trip costs so you can head to one of the five proptech conferences without the full price tag.
50% of the spots have been taken - allocated first-come, first serve.
Eligible expenses include airfare, hotel accommodation, ground transportation, and conference ticket.

This program is exclusively for Company Members. Join today to get access.

Have a great space? We’ve got events!
We have big plans for 2026 — more in-person meetups, workshops, and socials from coast to coast. If your company has an office, lounge, or rooftop where we could co-host an event, we’d love to partner!
Event Recap
Last month we kickstarted our second LaunchPad program with 25 founders. Our first workshop was a speed mentoring session where each of the attendees got some face time with VC, GTM experts, and their perspective customers. Learn more about our program here.
Agent of The Future Recap
We also hosted an interactive session with myAbode last month to explore what the real estate agent of the future will look like. We asked the audience to weigh in before letting our panel respond. Here's how it went.

When we asked which skill AI couldn't replace, the audience voted trust and emotional presence. The panel agreed — and was very vocal about having your own personal brand and unique voice that doesn’t sound like AI.

On the future agent count, most thought there will be fewer. On what shape the survivors take, the audience leaned narrower: the hyper-local expert who knows the block, the train schedule, the best restaurant. In contrary, the panel leaned wider — clients grow up, move, have kids, and the agents who build careers grow with them. Which leaves two shapes that survive: go very niche, or become the lifelong advisor who carries the client across every stage.
We are hosting another event with myAbode during Toronto Tech Week on AI-Native: What it actually takes. Join us!
